Pelin is a Junior Associate at Pekin Bayar Mizrahi, focusing on M&A, corporate and commercial law, employment law, and compliance matters. She provides support to both local and international clients on various corporate issues, including due diligence processes, transactional matters, and compliance.
She assists clients in drafting and negotiating agreements such as share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, and shareholders’ agreements, as well as managing closing procedures.
In the compliance field, Pelin conducts investigations related to ethics and corruption, delivers compliance training, and advises clients on adherence to international sanctions regulations.
