Tuğçe Aslı Turçal Çakmak specializes in local and cross-border dispute resolution. She has represented local and international clients in various litigation and dispute resolution matters especially in commercial law, enforcement law and employment law. The disputes in which she has provided representation include contract claims, tort claims, bankruptcy and insolvency actions and labor claims. In addition to resolving legal issues through litigation and legal proceedings for clients, Tuğçe also provides consultancy services to its clients, prior to the occurrence of a legal issue, with respect to their commercial or day to day activities and transactions.
